WASHINGTON CROSSING NATIONAL CEMETERY NOW OPEN FOR INTERMENTS

The long awaited opening of the Washington Crossing National Cemetery took place on January 20, 2010.

Several Detachment 1230 members, including George Kelly, Jimmy Clendennen, Bob Hubbard and John Heenan were on hand at the 1/20/10 first interments.

On Veterans Day Nov. 11, 2010 our Detachment provided the Color Guard during the ceremony.  Commandant George Kelly, Mike Clark, Carl Fricke and John Heenan shown in photo on right and with Congressman Murphy and two active Marines on left.
